Fesenjan is a traditional Persian dish. It is a sweet-sour pomegranate stew made with simple ingredients. This sweet-and-sour flavor combination will leave you savoring every scoop!
2 lbs bone-in chicken pieces
1 cup pomegranate molasses
1 cup walnuts
Salt and pepper
Sauté walnuts until fragrant
Add chicken and pomegranate molasses
Simmer for 1-2 hours until very tender
