Today, I'm excited to share a recipe that not only tantalizes the taste buds but also champions sustainability – presenting the Green Goddess Bowl. Packed with vibrant flavors and nutrient-rich ingredients, this bowl is a celebration of conscious eating and mindful sourcing.


For the Base:

  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed

  • 2 cups water

  • A pinch of salt

  • 2 cups kale, chopped

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
